NBCPA Chair Grace Moronfolu MBE has been elected as deputy chair of the Civil Service Race Forum, for a term of one year, until March 2021.
The Civil Service Race Forum (CSRF) is a collaborative group of Civil Service Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) staff networks working towards advancing diversity and equality for ethnic minorities in the Civil Service, partner organisations and arms-length bodies.
CSRF currently has representatives from more than 40 departmental race networks, with more than 10,000 members, who work collaboratively and coordinate the views and activities of departmental networks.
Grace Moronfolu MBE said, “There is much work to be done to ensure there is fairness for all and to maintain social justice, and I am delighted to be given the opportunity to join CSRF as deputy chair and work with other BAME staff networks across government.”
Rupert McNeil, Government Chief People Officer, has welcomed her ‘experience and commitment’.
