Grace Moronfolu MBE, chair of the NBCPA, was a speaker at the Central Gov Strategy event on 6 July at Heythrop Park Resort, Oxfordshire.
Grace spoke about how strong leadership relies on courage, trust and building change around your people.
Speaking about the event, Grace said: “The event provided me with an opportunity to talk about how the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is a wonderful example of how compassionate leadership can form the bedrock of lasting change.
“I was also able to demonstrate the value staff networks like The National Black Crown Prosecution Association (NBCPA) can bring to an organisation. At the CPS, we have transformed our culture over the last 20 years and today I’m proud to work for such a diverse, inclusive and innovative organisation.”
