INSPIRE

We are looking for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) professionals to share their career stories to inspire our members.

Are you a BAME senior leader working in the criminal justice system or civil service? We are looking to publish as many stories as possible from across the civil service to inspire our members.

We want to recognise and celebrate BAME leaders, their stories and their achievements and build a library of positive stories from diverse role models that our members can aspire to.

Ruona Iguyovwe, former chair NBCPA

Representation matters and we believe that diversity and equality should be reflected across all levels.

We want to celebrate the positive achievements of BAME senior leaders within the criminal justice system and wider civil service.

We believe that sharing inspiring stories of how BAME leaders rose in their careers, the steps they took to get there and the many challenges they overcame, can be a real motivation for our members to take control of their career progression and development.

We want to share real career stories by real people. If you would like to share your story to be published on our website, please complete the form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
